Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Aimpro Digital Ltd, trading as Dhucha, registered in England and Wales, company number 13017278 ("Dhucha", "we"). By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. Questions: hello@dhucha.com.
What Dhucha is
Dhucha is a marketing platform for businesses: it learns your business from your website and the details you provide, builds a growth plan, prepares marketing work for your approval, and reports plainly on progress. It is a tool and a service, not an employee, an agency contract, or professional advice.
The private beta
During the beta the service is provided free or at founding prices, is under active development, and features may change, break or be withdrawn. In return we ask for honest feedback. We may pause or close beta accounts to protect the service.
Founding Members
The first 100 accepted businesses become Founding Members. Your founding price is locked for the life of your subscription and will not rise while your subscription remains continuously active on that package. The Founding Member badge and number are personal to your business and are not transferable.
Your account
- Give accurate information about yourself and your business, and keep it current.
- Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account covers one business and its website unless we agree otherwise.
Approval comes first, and what it means
Dhucha never publishes anything without your yes. Because you approve each piece before it goes anywhere, you are responsible for checking that factual claims about your business (prices, qualifications, service claims, offers) are true and lawful before approving. Approved work is published in your name, on your website and profiles.
Connections you grant
Connecting your website, Google, or any other account is voluntary and revocable at any time. We use each connection only to do what the platform plainly says (read your performance data, submit your sitemap, place work you approved), and we store credentials encrypted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dhucha for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, to market products or services you are not permitted to sell, or to attempt to break, probe or overload the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content and ownership
The marketing content Dhucha prepares for you belongs to you once it is delivered or published. The platform, its software, design and know-how remain ours. You grant us permission to process your business information to provide the service.
Honest limits
Nobody can guarantee search rankings, traffic or bookings, and we do not. Google and other platforms decide their own results. We promise honest effort, honest reporting, and evidence over guesswork.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or goodwill, and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you have paid nothing.
Ending things
You can close your account at any time by emailing us; paid plans run to the end of the period already paid. On closure we delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
General
We may update these terms; if a change matters we will email account holders before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
